Some have persisted for decades with a great loss of life, stability, human rights and revenue. Even when the opinions have seemed very credible there has not been sufficient clarity in how to implement them effectively.
It is our assertion that effective solutions can be developed once the issues that undermine the effectiveness of current efforts are accurately and fully identified. In order to attain that level of clarity the problem solvers must dramatically expand their level or scope of conscious awareness.
We are committed that foreign policy decision makers, negotiators, security strategists and all other primary officials participate in short ontology based programs. The programs dramatically expand conscious awareness which will make it possible for officials to recognize critically important issues that breakdown effectiveness in policies and negotiations.
All program participants would be able to realize that there is always more than one valid assessment of the actions and words of adversaries. This will open new possibilities for constructive policies. Negotiators would be able to recognize when their communication with adversaries are off track and would be able to get in sync with their negotiating partners.
The desire to coerce, punish or threaten adversaries would be eliminated because problem solvers who relate at high levels of effectiveness would come to see such actions as counter-productive.
Ontology based programs have been used mainly in the private sector, the non-profit world and in certain government agencies around the world since the 1970s.
