We live in a very, very dangerous and dispassionate world with nearly one billion people suffering from starvation and terrorist organizations seeking weapons of mass destruction.

Millions have died in twenty six ongoing armed conflicts in the last 10 years. In 2011 thousands of unarmed protestors have been killed and tortured by their own governments. Women are raped in conflict zones
in Africa. Children have been kidnapped and forced to fight in African conflicts.      

 There are now 9 nuclear armed states some which are very unstable and destabilizing. Many millions have died in numerous genocides over the  years There is today a multi-billion dollar drug, people and weapons trafficking trade. 

Global warming and other environmental dangers persist. Millions of refugees displaced by war and genocide are now living in camps and squalor in neighboring countries. Human rights abuse in several countries continues.

These challenges and others are not being resolved by governments or multi-lateral institutions. OIC is the only organization globally advocating that governments and other institutions use consulting companies that
provide services that produce "outside the box" thinking
and action.

Foreign policymakers, key negotiators and other critical officials using these servies will become able to get on the same page effectively with adversaries and allies alike.

They will be able to make the kind of progress necessary to solve their most serious security, humanitarian and environmental challenges.
