Special Assistant-All Cities Worldwide
Our Special Assistants are intern-volunteers who support our advocacy of special services to important government officials. The services will make it possible for foreign policymakers, negotiators and all other key officials to produce unprecedented major breakthroughs in all security and humanitarian related challenges.
Introduction Our world is far more dangerous today than at any other time in history. There are many ongoing conflicts where millions have died while millions more have suffered and become refugees. There are nine nuclear armed states. Two of those states are led by dysfunctional and dangerous leaders. There are governments with biological and chemical weapons. There are terrorists seeking all types of Weapons of Mass Destruction including those nuclear. Could we have another 9-11 or Mumbai attack with terrorists using WMDs? It is possible! When serious challenges are numerous, complex and threaten many millions of people, it is critically important and urgent that those who are committed to resolving them are extremely effective. Unfortunately it is more than obvious that government problem solvers are nowhere close to being sufficiently effective in preventing or resolving our national, regional and global threats as well as the and massive humanitarian problems we see around the world. Whatever the challenge may be, they all have one thing in common. The problem solvers do not have the ability to see, recognize or identify what it will take to successfully resolve their challenges. This shortfall in conscious awareness is common to all human beings. Seven billion people are at risk because of this inability to identify what is missing in their policies, strategies or in their negotiations. During the last three decades innovative consulting and training services were developed in the private/corporate sector that dramatically expands conscious awareness. Clients using these services become able to identify what is undermining their efforts to successfully prevent or resolve their challenges. Another feature is that they expand communication capabilities making it possible to get effectively on the same channel and to influence difficult adversaries and allies to cooperate. The use of these services will support negotiators in recognizing that there is always more than one valid interpretation of the words and actions of allies and adversaries. They will be able to recognize that any pre-existing bias or negative view points they may have with negotiating partners will undermine their results. Policymakers will be able identify the damaging impact of their government’s past misdeeds on present day relations, behavior and negotiations. Our organization’s overriding advocacy and commitment is to support officials to utilize these services. This will overall make it possible for them to produce results they can only dream of currently.
